A. Local Peer-to-Peer & Multiplayer Networking

Octacar features a real-time multiplayer racing mode allowing players to connect dynamically. To facilitate this connection over local networks, the game utilizes:

• Wi-Fi and Hotspot Configurations: The app interacts with your device's local network interfaces to establish a direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P) hosting infrastructure between devices.
• Local Network Infrastructure: Technical parameters (such as temporary internal IP addresses and device socket channels) are exchanged peer-to-peer to synchronize car coordinates, weapon deployments, and lobby configurations.
• Network Permissions: Depending on your operating system version, the game may prompt for Local Network Discovery or Location permissions. This permission is structurally required by the underlying OS architecture to scan for local Wi-Fi nodes or active Hotspots. We do not read, log, or track your physical geolocation.

B. In-App Purchases & Virtual Economy

The game implements an optional virtual storefront utilizing in-app purchases (IAP) handled securely via official platform payment gateways (such as Google Play Billing Services):

• Virtual Currency (Coins): Users can buy in-game coins using real-world legal tender.

To keep the core gameplay experience accessible, Octacar integrates trusted, industry-standard third-party advertising SDKs. These networks process specialized hardware identifiers to serve contextual or personalized advertisements:

These external SDK vendors automatically collect anonymous technical payloads from your device when request calls are executed, including your device make/model, operating system version, mobile network carrier, language parameters, and your anonymous Advertising ID (e.g., Google AAID).

3. Children’s Privacy & Safety

Octacar is an action-driven vehicular combat racing game. It does not deliberately prompt for, extract, or archive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from any user, including children under the age of 13. If a third-party ad framework inadvertently logs device tracking metrics from an under-age user, we strongly support taking active optimization adjustments or utilizing operating system privacy switches to mask advertisement trackers permanently.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All core gameplay progression, earned coin balances, and unlocked item inventories (Bullets, Missiles, Bombs, Break Attacks) are cached safely inside your device's protected local storage sandbox. Uninstalling Octacar will wipe this local storage footprint immediately. Because we utilize third-party billing and ad services, any historical transaction invoices are bound explicitly to your primary Google/Apple operating accounts and follow their independent system retention policies.
